Spiritual Walk

Encounters with God are what Christians should desire and expect, since He is a Spirit and His realm is in the Spirit. We have been saved into a spiritual kingdom and are told to walk in the spirit.

Once time I was in church and listening to a sermon, while I was listening I was also soaking the presence of God. I could feel Gods presence and I was just sitting with my hands in a receiving posture.

As I listened to the sermon, I felt the words hitting me in the chest from the speaker. His words felt like a spiritual force, and with each word he said, I could feel.

This experience makes me think of the scripture "Life and death are in the power of the tongue"

I think a powerful way to increase our faith and walk is to make declarations over our lives, from the scriptures. This I believe releases those things that are promised to us.

If we keep confessing lies, that are against the scriptures, we are not aligning ourselves with Gods will. Lies I commonly hear are "I can not hear God". This is a lie, since the Bible says my sheep hear my voice. Facts are not Truth, we need to align ourselves to the Truth not to facts. In the kingdom everything is activated by faith, when we confess the things that are not as they are, we allow the Truth to become and be a fact as well.

Confession is important, for Christians to advance and mature. Our words are spirit, even if we do not feel spiritual, the Bible tells us this.

I believe we are called to walk in the spirit in ways, we have not ever seen in history yet. The invisible kingdom is just as real as our world, and learning how to see and walk in the spirit will make things that are impossible in the visible world to happen.

Jesus walked on water, multiplied bread, healed all sicknesses, cast out demons, made people fall over just by talking to them, raised the dead.

He did these things to demonstrate His kingdom to us, over the natural world. The more we walk in the spirit the more this creation will become subject to us, like it was to Adam. (He was asked to take dominion over the earth).  We do not do this for our glory but for our King, and His rulership.
